Luckygame is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between luckygame and its users, covering user rights and responsibilities, platform policies, and the dispute resolution process.

Eligibility & Registration

To open an account with luckygame, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.
• Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed.
• The name, date of birth, address, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Large withdrawal requests may not be processed if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.

Account Management

You are responsible for the security of your luckygame account. Your login credentials (username and password) should never be shared with anyone.

• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.
• If you suspect your password has been compromised or your account has been accessed without authorization, contact luckygame support immediately.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be reviewed in accordance with our policy.

Luckygame recommends keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. With 2FA active, your account stays protected even if your password is compromised.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on luckygame are transparent and secure. The key rules are outlined below:

KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals if your total withdrawal amount exceeds ৳50,000. In line with anti-money laundering regulations, luckygame may request additional documentation for any transaction deemed suspicious.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

There are specific rules governing how bonuses are earned and used on luckygame. These rules apply equally to all members:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time. To claim a new bonus, you must first complete the rollover requirement on any existing bonus.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Funds only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance will be automatically removed from your account.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must complete their first deposit and both accounts must be verified.
• Luckygame reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time, though active bonuses will not be affected.

Betting Rules & Bet Cancellation Policy

Please review the following rules before placing any bets on luckygame:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds during live betting due to a server delay or technical issue, luckygame reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
• Bets placed on odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to human or technical error — may be voided. luckygame will notify the affected member before taking any such action.
• If evidence of match fixing or any other irregular activity is found, the outcome of the relevant bet(s) may be voided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luckygame and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Creating more than one account under the same identity.
• Placing bets using bots, software, or any automated system.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Using your account for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to luckygame's systems.
• Intentionally attempting to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).

Responsible Gaming Policy

Luckygame believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Helping members develop healthy gaming habits is a core responsibility that luckygame takes seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits — free for all members.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your betting activity for anywhere between 7 days and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Fully lock your account for a specified period.
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use luckygame.

Luckygame collects your personal information solely for account management, payment processing, and legal compliance. Your data will never be sold to third parties for advertising purposes.

Account Closure & Appeals Process

Luckygame reserves the right to close any account for any reason, though this is not done without cause under normal circumstances. You may also request account closure at any time.

• To voluntarily close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closure.
• If luckygame closes your account, you will be notified of the reason by email.
• If you wish to appeal a decision, you may do so within 14 days by contacting support@luckygame.express.
• Appeal decisions are generally communicated within 7 business days.

Policy on Changes to Terms

Luckygame may update these terms and conditions as needed. Prior to any significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform — typically at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance. Continued use of the site after the new terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those changes.
